Tires Hankook or BFGoodrich

Hankook Tires

If endurance consistency and value are what you're looking for, it's Hankook rs4. Slower than the ecf but similar tires, cheaper and more tread life

Pros: cheaper, more tread life
Cons: slower than ecf

Just got the Hankook iON EVO AS SUV on my 23 LR Y. The car came with the Goodyear eagle F1 asymmetric 5 and they always seemed noisy and not super comfortable. After a couple days of driving with the hankooks I can definitely say they are MUCH more smooth and comfortable than the Goodyears. Yes I know I only have a few days on them so far but very impressive so far.

Pros: more smooth, more comfortable
Cons: only a few days

I installed Hankook ION EV AS tires at MIDAS - 25% cheaper than at the KIA dealership and free tire rotation for life. So far, they are great tires.

Pros: great tires
Vehicle: Kia

Hankook Ion EVO AS. They just released these specifically for EVs.

It has made my car so much better in terms of road noise and comfort. It beats out the Pilot 4S in every aspect except stopping strength. I had to get used to the longer stopping distance but that was easy. Weirdly enough, it seems to handle corners better because there is less skidding.

Pros: less road noise, more comfort
Cons: longer stopping distance

If we are willing to go SLIGHTLY off-size, there are Hankook Ion Evo tires. You would have to get 215/50/R17 because they technically dont offer the factory size. Good reviews, good price, efficient, and they have a rebate right now.

Pros: good price, efficient

BFGoodrich Tires

Have KO2s on my work truck. Never left me stuck on a job site. No issues after 3 years. Would I put them on my jeep? Probably not. It depends on use.

Pros: reliable, no issues, good for work truck
Cons: not suitable for all uses

Hankook Tires

If you're just driving on dry pavement, they're ok. They are absolutely horrible on wet pavement (poor grip and hydroplane easy). My daily driver came with them on it new and couldn't wait to get them off.

Pros: ok on dry pavement
Cons: horrible on wet pavement
Mileage: 20000 km
