Tires Firestone or Maxxis

I think you may have over spent. I have same thing but I replaced mine with Firestone Firehawk 500s they look great make the car handle awesome and didn't cost an arm & leg. But they are awesome bud.

I have Indy 500s on my E36 M3 and have been very happy with them. Breakaway is predictable, and the limits are high. They're 95% of the performance of a PS4S but 66% of the price.

You need some better snow tires. I had Firestone Winterforce 2 UV tires on my Jeep and almost always just needed RWD in the UP unless I drove to breakers and it was 12” of snow

Personally, I will never not recommend Maxxis Re-Fuse. Crappy city streets strewn with broken everything, one puncture in a dozen years. I’m on my third pair only because treads wear out. Not the greatest rolling resistance, apparently, but not really a concern for me

I just replaced the Firestone weathergrips on my 13 OB. They lasted a good 50k, and were great on the snow and ice and wet roads.

I’ve had 2 sets of Firestone over the past 5 years. Destination AT2 & Weathergrip. Both great tires in the snow. Weathergrips are not quiet tires though. But no blowout issues.

I run 33inch firestone at tires on my diesel truck and they are some of the best tires I’ve gotten. They definitely have improved since the 90s

I’ve had a few different firestone tires and have been very happy with them. Winterforce snow tires were decent, and the Destination LE2 were great. I’d be comfortable recommending the newer LE3.

If you have the Firestone tires, everyone that I know that had them all got under 25k on them.

My maxxis tires usually last max 350miles in rear. My last dissector neede to be ditched after ~150-200 miles since knobs ripped apart.
