I think the 660's are the 'smart choice' being $200 cheaper and would probably last longer than the Yoks, specifically because of only 1.3\* camber and outside shoulder wear. I've also heard they don't heat cycle out like the RE's, which is a huge bonus IMO.

Pros: cheaper, last longer
Cons: maybe a hair slower
Vehicle: Subaru BRZ

Falken Tires

I went with Falken wildpeaks for my last 2 sets and have had great results (sold the first set with 45K miles with 10/32 tread left) and I still love my 2nd set.

Pros: great results, love them
Mileage: 72420 km

Falken Tires

I have a 2020 Cross Sport building into a suburban overland mall crawler. There's a minimal amount of model-specific aftermarket support. VWoA has parts available as part of their Basecamp product line (flares, valences, wheels, tires). A lot of the other stuff is just adaptable accessory add-ons. The biggest tire you can fit without lifting (and maybe even with) is a 265-70-17 (Falken Wildpeak AT3W shown), but you will need the SmithVW BFT blocks to pull in the fender liners. Mine still rubs on occasion but something about dubbing and rubbing. Wheels are fifteen52 Traverse MX 17x8 ET20 in Frosted Graphite.

Pros: adaptable accessory add-ons
Cons: still rubs on occasion
Vehicle: Volkswagen

Laufenn Tires

That being said the tires are Laufenn S Fit AS. I must say after 2k miles on them I actually think they are great tires so far.

Pros: great tires

If you looking for an economical, aggressive, all round good tire, you can’t beat the faulken wilpeak at3s. I have them currently and love them. When I was doing research 1 year ago Consumer reports also rated the faulkens one of the best all terrain tires.

Pros: economical, aggressive, good tire

Falken Tires

The Falken Wildpeak A/T trails that I got late this spring have been great since. They're quiet and surprisingly efficient on the road, while delivering noticeably better grip on loose dirt, mud, and sand.

Pros: quiet, efficient on road
Cons: wait for snow review

Falken Tires

We found them nice for around 5,000mi of spirited driving. They gave good reliable feedback in corners but didn't perform well in wet. I had separation on rear tread twice.

Pros: good reliable feedback
Cons: separation on rear tread
Mileage: 8046 km

FALKEN ZIEX ZE-512, I had these on 18" wheels and they were a hard tire, lots of road noise and didn't provide a lot of grip. I didn't buy them again nor would I suggest them to someone. They were fine, but I am sure there are better tires out there. I went with FEDERAL SS-595 which were cheaper, quieter and grip way better in the dry. look at www.onlinetires.com

Pros: cheaper, quieter, better dry grip (Federal)
Cons: hard tire, lots of road noise, low grip (Falken)
