Tires Falken or Goodyear

Walmart. Got Goodyear tires for $130 each a couple of months ago there.

Yes to the GY WR2 tires. Have them on an Outback with 50k miles so far. They’re great in the pouring rain and good in the snow. Still have lots of tread left too!

I have the Goodyear Weather ready 2 all weather tires and they are excellent!

Weather ready 2 from Goodyear is a better dry weather tire and a better wet weather tire imo. Also rides better.

Agree on the Goodyears. I have them on my Subaru Legacy, really improved the handling. Quicker turn in, quiet and smooth.

3 years ago I went to scout a trout lake... my absolutely stock OBW (save for tires, have Falken Wildpeak AT-Trails) handles it like an absolute champ. I thought for sure that I'd break something, but the car came out identical to how it came in, save for being much dirtier.

12/30/25: Discount Tire- Falken WildPeak AT3W warranty replacements due to out of round with 4270 miles - replaced with WildPeak AT4Ws (2) - Road forced balanced FL- 8lbs with .75 inner left… FR 11lbs with 1.0 inner left - OOR AT3Ws 55lbs could not balance correctly- 50-60mph shake not present as of now

Faulkens are hot garbage. Had them on our subaru ascent and also on our cx90. On our ascent they lasted 22,000 lol

I tell ya, I have 22k on mine and they are terrible. I drove in some wet snow today and was terrified. Zero traction at all, so bad it caused me to order new tires today.
