most WRX folks I know (including me) have had really good results with the Continental ExtremeContact DWS06+ since they’re way smoother, handle NJ winters decently, and take the edge off rough roads without killing the sporty feel
Conti GP5000ASTR 35mm setup tubeless, currently using them over winter (@ 50psi) and they have a lot of grip, good comfort, seem durable so far (only have about 750 miles on them, wearing well and no punctures yet) and they seem fast to me
Conti TerraSpeed 35s may be your best bet. Great grip and pretty damn fast as per BRR and my own usage.
Eu uso Premium Contact nas rodas de trás e acho excelente. Bem silencioso.
Continental Extreme Contact DWS. Much higher quality than CC2.
For me I personally went with Continental ExtremeContact DWS06+, it's been great so far in the summer and wet conditions. Drove through a bunch of pot holes not long ago at a hiking trailhead, but at the end of the day wrx are gonna be stiff anyways. But the tires are still holding strong so far!
I put Falken 520's on my Stinger about a year ago and have been happy. They seem to be wearing well (for such a heavy car)
I got slightly larger tires (I think 235/65/r17 but could be wrong) but they fit and look nice. Falkan wild peaks, they’re 3 ply and slightly heavier so they’re basically a money sink. Worse fuel economy, more road noise, more expensive to purchase. Buuuuut… Look cooler, better off road / snow performance, less likely to pop from impact.
The factory Falken tires on the Cx90 PHEV will not wear well and you will be lucky to get 10-12k miles outta the new tires.
