Tires Continental or SUMITOMO

My OG conti lasted me 65K, I decided to just stick with them

My conti lasted me lil pass 48k and rotated every 6k miles or so.

I have same tyre they are good and lasted me till now without any headache or traction loss.

Continental ExtremeContact Force. They stay predictable even when hot and don’t wear out fast. I’ve gotten over 20k miles on a set with multiple HPDE weekends, autocross events, and mountain/backroad runs. Plenty of people get dozens of track days out of them.

I just put the Enduro soft Kryptotal Fr and Re on and totally agree with your impression, they grip well but man are they noticeably slower than other similar tires. In my case Exo+ DHF and DHRs. I honestly don't know that the grip is worth it. I'm definitely not improving my time uphill or downhill.

I installed Continental GP Urban tires today which are very similar to GP 5000 that are very popular. Today on a fast mildly steep paved dry decent when making a slight turn - my rear wheel slipped. Switched to conti GP expecting some good performance and they do roll better but they have far less grip than vittoria zaffiro pro graphene.
