On our 07 wagon we did SPT wagon pink springs on KYBs, 16” Sparco Terra’s with Continental DWS tires. Full set of Group N bushings, Cobb intake/acessport/cat back.
IME/FWIW front to back & side to side is fine w/ the DWS06+ although never really had too much of a difference in wear side to side over many sets of them on several vehicles. Front to back has been the biggest difference in wear on my Mk 6, 8.5V S3, Alltrack, & Mk 7.5.
I have always been a fan of Continental. I put control contact SRS+ tires on mine via Discount Tire. About 900 for 4 new ones with install and lifetime rotation/balance and replacement certs
Najskuplje nije nuzno najbolje ali za Conti tvrdim da vrijedi svake lipe. Imam auto od skoro 2ipo tone i 20 cola gume. Nenadjebive. Kisa, snijeg, blato... u name it
I have continentals on my e90. They work like a charm on snow.
Love the tires and I have zero use for all season tires in Southern California. However, car is no longer tracked and these were much cheaper than Michelins I used for decades.
Consider replacing the Continental “street tires” with AT tires. Better traction in bad road conditions.
Switched from the stock PZ4 to Conti ExtremeContacts.
Yes, they're all seasons, but it doesn't get cold or snowy enough here to warrant winter tires. But it's already been cold and wet to the point that the summers are too slippery.
I'm in Ohio, and I've been driving with the Continental DSW06 for 3 years. They seem to wear quickly, though.
Just got these on my wife's cx5 and yeah they didn't feel much better than the blizzaks we just removed. Then she texted over the weekend to say they're the loudest tires she's ever had and the road noise is terrible.
