I got the new Bridgestones from Tirerack, I really like them.
I bought 4 new Bridgestone Turanzas the next day and it was like driving a completely different car.
Maiinput ko lang ung meron ako. Hilux reliable. Change oils and filters, battery, brake pads at goma pa lang ginagawa ko sa 100k. Sa takbo kung ano sya day 1 ganun pa din hanggang ngayon.
I run studded Blizzak Snow tires in the winter and K02's in the summer. My winter tires are smaller and narrower, look funny too, but out perform my summer tires all day long.
If di namam nag ooffroad the Bridgestone All Terrains are pretty good, not noisy, not matagtag.
In my experience, sailun in general is one of the better options if you want to go for very cheap tires.
Cheap tires are almost always bad on bigger sizes or low profile tires but the 195/65/15 I had were doing surprisingly well
I have Blizzaks and compared to true studded winter tires like Nokian they are not on the same level. But if you dont have ice and snow all the time they have good wet grip.
Hoping the Bridgestones are better in the wet on this new compound. I hate swapping from yokes to stones and mess up my timing.
As someone who owns a ID4 that was in the shop for two weeks for a batter module replacement. I was able to get one of these EVs as a loaner. I was shocked it came with the crappy Bridgestone Alenza tires. My word of advice, get rid of them ASAP. Mine back tires did not last 20k miles.
What kind of winter tires are those? Look more like summer tires with sipes and studs in them.
Edit: Did a Google Lens and found them. Sailun Ice Blazer WST3.
The reviews I found absolutely slaughtered them. A car owner organization here had never tested worse tires when they tried them back in 2019 heh.
Either way those were probably gone last season as well. I never drive with less than 3mm of thread depth on mine.
And they were overinflated as the wear is mostly in the middle.
