Tires BRIDGESTONE or OEM FORD

I’ve been using blizzaks for almost as decade as my winter tires on my ND. My winter wheels are -1” and the tires are slightly larger in diameter than my summers (~1%). They grip and I feel confident when driving in the snow or rain in winter months.

I run the WS90 215/45-17 on my ND. Works great & not a run flat. Extra diameter is negligible.

I have Bridgestone Blizzaks , and although I could probably get similar performance from some all-seasons with aggressive tread, I’ll admit I understand the hype over winter tires now.

Looking forward to the TireRack closeout sale on the RSs.

Also wonder if these will be as stiff as the Sport Rs since it mentioned these are stiffer than the RSs

There's some evidence that EVs are harder on tires because they're heavier and accelerate better, but at 10k on my very, very heavy Lightning I'm not seeing that, probably because I drive like a grandma.

I love the RE-71RS on my car, and my only gripe is the lack of sizes.

They’re also great in the rain if you like hydroplaning on the freeway.

This has been my tire choice for auto cross and it’s done amazingly well. Good feedback, good grip, stiff enough even for camber limited cars.

My two complaints is its longevity is not great but it’s a sprinter style tire. It’s not meant for endurance. And honestly, my biggest gripe is the cost.

I was running stock Bridgestones - they’re 240 TW. They’re street tires and I don’t think I do enough track days to go w a more track oriented tire. They felt quite good on track. Not great. Good.

I have a 2024 nissan pathfinder platinum. Has Bridgestone ALENZA. Dog shit tires. The car has 28k miles. Rotated the tires every oil change about 4-5k miles. And there toast.

Bridgestones are meh and overpriced. Ecopias are just meh.
