Worked in a tire shop for 10 years now and hate basically all Bridgestone. You can essentially cut whatever mileage warranty they put on the tire in half. They may ride well but longevity is definitely not something Bridgestone strives for. Michelin on the other hand will usually last the full warranty and if properly taken care of last well beyond that. I've had a lot of good feedback on the cc2 and went to a class based around them and all terrain tires. They performed phenomenal on the wet track we did.

Pros: performed phenomenal on wet
Cons: longevity is not great

I bought a set of CX90 19" wheels for my CX70 to put a set of 255/55/19 Bridgestone Blizzaks snow tires I got from Tire Rack for only $505 shipped!

Pros: good price, fast shipping

The bridgestones The bridgestones are quieter and handle better in the in the dry they are still good in the wet but you can tell not quite to the cross climate level I see no real fuel penalty The acceleration in the snow is good and the braking's good with maybe a little less lateral traction than the michelins

Pros: quieter, better dry handling
Cons: less lateral traction

My personal pick is the RE004, quiet ride, grippy compound in the dry and wet, reasonably priced, but wears a bit faster than eco tires. Worth it kasi mas tahimik ride. I also drive the same gen Vios. Naka ~13k kms ako before it needed replacing. Yun din pinalit ko ulit.

Pros: quiet ride, grippy compound
Cons: wears a bit faster
Vehicle: Toyota Vios
Mileage: 13000 km

There was about 3-4 mm of tread left on the tires when I replaced the original Bridgestone S005s (with 7,000 miles including one track day). I had a track day coming up so I wanted fresh tires but might have got a little more life if I really pushed them. I remember reading reviews on Tire Rack's website about people getting similarly short life out of them (maybe the other alternative OEM tires fare better but they're all 240 TW). I replaced the Bridgestones with Michelin PS4S (300 TW), so it will be interesting to see how they do. To be honest, on previous cars, I've never got more than about 25,000 miles our of HP or UHP all-season tires with 500-600 TW ratings so the 7,000 - 8,000 miles for these didn't surprise me.

Cons: short tread life
Mileage: 11265 km

I gave up and replaced them all at 12K miles after the second blowout. Plus they ride and handle so much better than those shitty Turanzas.

Pros: better ride, better handling
Cons: shitty ride, blowouts
Vehicle: Mazda 3
Mileage: 19312 km

IRONMAN Tires

Avoid all Chinese crap. They’re complete shit, I’ve never hydroplaned a car before but I have on IronMan tires because of how bad they are.

Cons: hydroplaned a car
