Tires BRIDGESTONE or DUNLOP

DUNLOP Tires

Driving in the south east, I've put 5k on these tires and they are great honestly. Lots of grip, no issue in torrential down pours.

Pros: lots of grip
Cons: insanely loud
Mileage: 5000 km

Rating 4.0

Pretty good, especially if you have, or plan to get a separate set of snow tires. The sidewalls are pretty stiff compared to even other summer tires I've had before, but they grip very well wet or dry. I don't have any desire to replace them.

Pros: grip very well wet/dry
Cons: sidewalls are pretty stiff
Vehicle: Subaru

DUNLOP Tires

Honestly for me, I can’t complain. They work great for me in spirited driving in the mountains, pretty sticky in my experience and have yet to lose any traction in the rain in the mountains

Pros: sticky, great in mountains

BRIDGESTONE Tires

The Bridgestone is going to be faster. The nankang would probably wear a little bit better call and is more heat tolerant. But not as fast when cold, and also heavier. If you were happy with the Bridgestone I would have to say probably stay there

Pros: more heat tolerant
Cons: not as fast when cold

DUNLOP Tires

My experience with the plain Q5 is that that are super sensitive to pressure, 30 cold rear was tearing, 31 was minimal, and 32 was pretty clean with smooth throttle on and pretty rough pavement.

Pros: smooth throttle on pavement
Cons: super sensitive to pressure
