Tires BFGoodrich or WEST LAKE

WEST LAKE Tires

I put a set of west lake tires on my dodge pickup. They were cheap, and did the job. I put about 50k miles on them before selling the truck. Never had a problem with them. Stuck good on wet or dry roads. Still had good trees when I sold the truck.

Pros: Stuck good on roads
Cons: They were cheap
Vehicle: Dodge
Mileage: 80000 km

BFGoodrich Tires

BF Goodrich tires have a compound that is oustanding in the snow, even their non-snow-specific tires are excellent in the snow, due to the compound.

Pros: excellent in the snow

I had BF Goodrich Advantage Control tires on my wife's car (2017 Hyundai Sonata). I just replaced them with the same tires as the previous tires had 59,000 miles on them & measured 4/32. Never any issues and the New tires give the car a great ride.

Pros: great ride, no issues
Mileage: 94949 km

WEST LAKE Tires

Tô usando westlake 175/75/13 no clio. Já rodei uns 30.000kms com eles e estou gostando. Adere bem, não canta fácil e até agora sobre o desgaste não me decepcionou.

Pros: adere bem, não canta
Cons: not Michelin grip
Mileage: 30000 km

I replaced the factory Hankooks with BF Goodrich Trail Terrain T/A when it was time on my 2018 Pro 4X. They are good all around and not too expensive.

Pros: good all around
Cons: not too expensive
Vehicle: Nissan

WEST LAKE Tires

I've had 10yrs experience with the sa07 and I love them. On windy roads they can wear out fast but that just means they are a softer compound and offer more grip then a hardwearing linglong

Pros: offer more grip
Cons: wear out fast

I bought KO2s because of the hype, 2 sets of them actually. And found them to be very mediocre in anything but dry dirt/rock. They have worn very well but on and offroad performance hasn't blown my hair back.

Pros: worn very well
Cons: mediocre performance, poor wet/mud traction

BFGoodrich Tires

They’ve always been great tires, wear well and have strong sidewalls, but they do sometimes not work great in wet conditions at slow speeds. For instance if you’re leaving a stop light you can easily break them loose. But at speed they have never failed me.

Pros: great tires, wear well, strong sidewalls, reliable at speed
Cons: poor wet grip at slow speeds

BFG K/O2 is the worst tire I've used. Noisy and bad MPG, worse off road performance than a mud or HT tire, and winter performance is barely acceptable.

Cons: noisy, bad MPG

BFGoodrich Tires

Long ago my first new set of tires were BFG Trail T/A in 33/12.50/15 for my old IH. With less than 5k miles sidewall deteriorated on one tire. Another on opposite corner broke or slipped a belt.

Cons: sidewall deteriorated
Mileage: 5000 km
