Not sure what's going on with all the guys saying KO2s wear out quickly, I can only speak to my experience with then. Mine have 20,000 miles on them and still look pretty new, obviously I need to measure tread depth to verify how much they have worn but they aren't anywhere close to be worn out. Overall I'm very pleased with them, they are quiet on the highway, handle well on the road and give me great traction in rain, ice and mud.

Pros: good wear, quiet, good handling, great traction
Mileage: 32187 km

If you are choosing between those two only, KO2 hands down. Had probably 5 sets and have always been happy with them. One of my go to tires for any 4x4 vehicle for everyday driving. Great handling in all conditions, sand dunes, mud, trails etc. Keep them rotated regularly and you will have good treadlife.

Pros: great handling, good treadlife

I put new KO2s on my ‘15 4Runner in Kansas in 2017. Moved to VA, then last year hauled a fully loaded 6x12 5000 miles up to Alaska via Texas. Drove on them all last winter and all this summer. Still plenty of tread life and no issues yet pushing 70,000 miles later after driving in just about every condition imaginable.

Pros: plenty of tread life, no issues
Mileage: 112654 km

I had both on my 2017 3rd gen Tacoma. I kept the truck stock as far as suspension, no lift, etc. I started with KO2s and put about 20k miles on them. Then I switched to WPs because the KO2s were garbage in the snow. Although I mostly switched due to the poor performance on ice and snow, the plus was finding out that the road noise and vibration was night and day. I didn’t know how bad the KO2s were until put on the WPs. WPs drastically improved snow and ice performance as well as road noise and just overall smoothness of the drive.

Pros: improved snow performance
Cons: garbage in snow, road noise
Vehicle: Toyota
Mileage: 20000 km
