BRISK Spark plug

Rating 4.0

I currently run the Brisk er12s and have been happy with them...I'm mpi running full e85 and the car responds well. It's also what my tuner recommended.

Pros: car responds well
Mileage: 5000 km

BRISK Spark plug

I run 0.024 but I’m running Brisk plugs in my car on a custom tune. They’re pre-gapped to 0.026 and anywhere between those two would work fine for my specific plugs.

Pros: work fine

OEM Mazda Spark plug

I'm pretty sure that modern Mazda's do do this, only not in the situation you're describing. They use it for their stop start system to save having to fit a beefier starter motor and what not, simply inject an extra dose of fuel and fire the spark plug to get the engine going again.

Pros: saves beefier starter motor
Vehicle: Mazda 6

OEM Mazda Spark plug

Ours has been pretty reliable, had some issues with odd stalling once which was cured with new plugs/wires/carbon cleaning, rear shocks just went recently.

Pros: cured stalling issues
Cons: rear shocks went recently
Vehicle: Mazda 5

BRISK Spark plug

I'm getting some knocks in all cylinders in the first revision, more than I did with the Cobb OTS map and stock spark plugs. Hopefully it gets sorted out in the next couple of revisions and if not, I'll have to check the spark plug gaps or maybe re-run with the Cobb OTS and see if the knocks are due to the tune or spark plugs.

Overall, the power delivery is great.

Pros: great power delivery
Cons: getting some knocks
