Put some on my Honda in January. I value handling and they didn't dissapoint; a little rough when they were first installed but became pleasant after around 15k kms of use. I've read that KYB tunes their dampers to "compensate for worn parts" and they've certainly done that.

Pros: good handling, pleasant after break-in
Cons: a little rough initially
Mileage: 15000 km

I put the Excel-G's on my girlfriend's Trailblazer last year. They're better than the worn-out OEM suspension, and they were really cheap.

Pros: better than worn-out OEM
Vehicle: Chevrolet TrailBlazer

I always liked the Monte Carlo SS. While not a great car stock. It can be made into a fun car over time with out to big a hit at any one point. Poly graphite bushishings, Springs, kyb gas adjust or better shocks, fast ratio box, and add in some sway bars. You fixed the suspension issues that are most glaring with out extensive testing or work. The brakes you can add better calipers for decent grip, and finish it off with rotors/pads.

Pros: decent grip, fun car
Cons: not a great car stock
Vehicle: Chevrolet Monte Carlo

my uncle has KYB non-adjustable shocks/struts and they SUCK. I need a kidney transplant whenever i ride in his car. They are soo harsh and stiff, they actually reduce traction. No body roll, squat, or dive, but i wouldnt recommend them for a daily driver

Pros: no body roll, squat, dive
Cons: harsh and stiff, reduce traction
