Oil filter LIQUI MOLY or Fram

IMO, best bang for your buck is Fram XG6607.

Mobil 1 filters and Fram Ultra filters are good too. Just don't use the the cheap Fram extra guard filter. It's made of paper. The Ultra is higher quality

Used fram for 2 years and not a single issue

Use the right oil from Walmart or whatever and I used a fram oil filter. I used a higher end one then the standard orange box one. Never had any issues.

I've seen Fram oil filters cause this, but in your photo, it appears you have a black Mann/Mahle/Bosch/VW filter on it

I would NOT buy a Fram oil filter unless it was their extended life triple safety whizz bang super dooper model, the plain ones are awful.

I would move away from Fram, their oil filters are garbage even their premium stuff.

I have never liked fram, they always cut corners in one way or another.

Never buy fram oil filters they’re all shit.

I have seen Fram metal filters expand due to factory oil pressures.
