My Audi Q7 has a perfect cutoff line right below everyone's eyes
Had to adjust my headligts down a bit on my '24 TXT as they were blinding people. Otherwise, the headlights are outstanding.
I have a ‘25 Outback Onyx XT, and even on regular setting, oncoming traffic flashes me as if my brights are on (they aren’t). Best headlights ever.
I have a '25 Touring and the headlights are the best I've had, coming from many Ford Edges and Ford Explorers over the years.
Coming from my old 2005 Saab 9-2x Aero that had headlights that were opaque and yellowed and barely put out any light at all, these are literally like night and day. I dreaded night driving in my old car, especially if it was raining. It was like not having headlights at all. These ones on my Limited are like daylight coming out of the front of my car.
I have never in my life had such amazing low beams. These headlights are so good I swear they act like high beams. Been flashed 4 times. I’d buy the car again just for these headlights. The SRH are worth every Penny.
They’re sequential & do a start up dance. Not bad for $400!
I have a 2024 and they're damn right dangerous on the hilly roads I drive on. Literal black out conditions outside of this fucking rectangle.
Also? They're just shitty headlights in general.
I bought a 3-year old (2021) Forester in January, and I have noticed the headlights suck, too. On a dark road, I need to use the brights to illuminate any kind of meaningful field of visibility, and even then it’s not great.
My final complaint is the very visible outline of the cameras in the headlights. This was hyped to me as another safety feature — that the headlights turn ahead of the car as you turn. I barely notice this. But I notice the weird camera shadow outlines every time I drive at night. All
of this is extremely distracting and dangerous.
