Engine oil VALVOLINE or OEM BMW

Valvoline seems to be the quietest oil.

Valvoline oil and an STP filter. Good price and convenient because its at Autozone.

BMW used to recommend you changing oil basically every time you blink, back when consumers paid for 100% of all maintenance. But in order to be more competitive, they began offering 3 year included free maintenance on all new vehicles.

I throw valvoline 5w30 euro spec (vw 50700) cause it was cheap on Amazon.

as a small engine mechanic at my shop we use the Briggs and Stratton 5w 30 for everything because all we’re fixing is snowblowers but for my personal machines I either use valvoline or amsoil

Back when I dailly drove my 05 I went 10k fuel and oil. Donaldson filters and Valvoline premium blue oil

I run Valvoline VR-1 20w50 in my '74. It is straight Dino oil but it has a higher amount of zinc in it which solid lifter cars like ours love.

Valvoline max life kicks ass.
