Run Rotella in my 80’s and 90’s BMW’s often. They seem to like it, and sometimes it’s cheap at Walmart.

Ran t4 10w30 in my 95 Cherokee for the whole time I had it and it loved in. Never ran better

mobil 1 is trash. i go with castrol5w40 or motul 5w40 or rotella diesel 5w40

I ran diesel oil in my '94 yukon for the entirety of it's 260k miles. My dad always said the same. The zinc was better for it. When I got rid of it, it was still running fine and driving fine.

I’ve been using rottela t 15w-40 in my 70 Camaro for this reason.

I use Rotella in old VW Bug. Seems to work well but i put very few miles on the car.

As long as you don't have a catalytic converter on it Diesel oil with Zinc is the best

So I took his advice and did the Rotella T-4 and MMO in my 71 LeSabre 350. Added a little to the gas, too. I run 93 octane gas. Engine is stock and original, about 90k miles. It's running so smooth now. It was an immediate, noticeable difference.
