Engine oil MOTUL or AMSOIL

Amsoil ????

I've been using Motul for hybrid cars.

I only run Amsoil in everything I own from cars to lawnmowers. I use their signature series, but with the 0W-16 they only have their regular blend.

Well after the second oil change in the dealer I decided to look a external place to change my VN oil but I just bring everything and since then I use Motul 5w-30, no issues so far, a bit expensive but I dont care.

Motul 5100 because it makes the gearshift feel nice.

I have only used Motul oil in my car since it’s first oil change. Motul 5w-30 in mine as it’s boosted and only driven in the summer.

I’d just stick with Motul, typically you pay for what you get.

Motul 7100 is good but quite expensive. I had good experiences with it. Not sure if its just me but it seemed like it holds heat better? My temp gauge always seems to hold steady at three bars when not stopping and my N400 feels smoother for shift changes.

I like Amsoil. A lot of guys swear by Shell Rotella T6.

I have never used anything but Amsoil in my LB7 Duramax for 12 years. It has almost 350,000 miles on it. I use Amsoil in everything from the weedeater right on up to the Duramax. Never one issue, and I only change it about every 20,000 miles.
