Mobil Engine oil

I do my own oil changes. dexos is pretty much a quality certification standard and I use Mobil 1 Fully synthetic 0w-20. I did my first change at 1,5k then at 5k and will do one at 10k. I always replace the filter and I have a magnetic drain plug to collect shavings that may pass through the filter in case it ever is compromised.

Pros: quality certification standard
Mileage: 1500 km

Avoid Castrol. Use Mobil1 or LiquiMolly.

I'm using 5w40 and never had issues overheating in summer but im not doing half hour pulls. No oil consuption also. With 5w30 when driving hard it was eating a lot of oil.

Pros: no overheating, no oil consumption
Cons: avoid Castrol

Mobil Engine oil

Personally, I use Mobil1 oil in all my "regular" cars, and I often get a discount at O'Reilly when buying 5qts at a time. It's usually around $35 for a 5qt jug. That's pretty cheap.

Pros: cheap, good discount

Mobil 1 is one of the better, but you could use any 0w-20. I'd just say stick with a name brand and not something from a gas station.

Pros: one of the better
