I would not hesitate to use Mobil1 in my RAV4. I think it's more important that you change the oil than the brand of oil. I have not used Amsoil in 15 years, but my experience was that it was solid.
Toyota OEM oil has 10x the amount of thr dry lubrication additive molybdenum in its additive package. The dealerships use bulk Mobil 1 oil when they do your oil change. This is why everyone should change their own oil.
Vc pode usar qualquer marca desde que tenha a especificação dexos. Se não tiver vai comprometer a correia e romper.
Tenho um 2019, uso Mobil dexos desde sempre a cada 10k/km e nunca tive problemas.

Mobile 1 syn. doesn’t burn any yet. Never had issues with it.
Mobil 1 5w30 Annual advanced synthetic. We have a garage full of Mustangs heavily modified...all on Mobil 1 full synthetic...always. No engine, turbo, or supercharger issues on these cars as well.
Mobil 1 with no issues change every 3k, rarely top off in between changes
Installed new oil and filter, plus BG oil flush, ran at idle for 30 minutes (warm-up, plus 15 minutes). Changed oil and filter again, using Mobil 5W40 Euro oil.
Motul. Really anything except Mobil 1, that shit kills EJ’s.
