I use mobile 1 0w40. I've thought about switching to liquid moly but everytime I see a comparison between the two mobile 1 outperforms.

I once used the 20k mile oil, but changed it at 12k; my engine seemed to run nore smoothly, after that. I swore off longer oil change intervals and went back to regular Mobil 1.

Pros: engine ran more smoothly
Mileage: 12000 km

I'm currently happy with Mobil 1, 15w50, except when it comes time to pay for it, yikes that stuff is pricey. First time I ran the Mobil 1, guess what happened?? Oil light flicker at hot idle. Replaced the low pressure switch, no more flicker. That switch didn't change characteristics just because I changed oil, the fresh oil was thinner, oil pressure decreased.

Pros: happy with oil
Cons: pricey, oil light flicker
