I use mobile 1 0w40. I've thought about switching to liquid moly but everytime I see a comparison between the two mobile 1 outperforms.

Pros: outperforms liquid moly

I once used the 20k mile oil, but changed it at 12k; my engine seemed to run nore smoothly, after that. I swore off longer oil change intervals and went back to regular Mobil 1.

Pros: engine ran more smoothly
Mileage: 12000 km

Mobil 1 - thins out a bit and there was quite a bit of consumption when I used this oil for my first change
