Mobil 1 extended performance 5w30
Owner's Manual recommends 5W40; but says that any oil that meets the VW 502.00 specification is fine. I've used that Mobil1 European Car Formula 0W40 since our two 2009 Mk5's (Jetta and GLI) were new, with no problems. Specifically zero oil use between changes.
Amsoil Signature Series is all I have ever used, I will recommend it.
My preferred is Amsoil 10w30, the good stuff. Seem to burn less of it off when driving hard.
mobile super 3000 w0-30 is what i would run if i were you
I use Mobil 1 in my RT and it's been good.
Mobil 1 0W20 every 2.5k miles.
I run Amsoil small engine oil in my 2000 inverter.
Amsoil since day one, never let me down and improves mileage as well.
After not being very impressed with Amsoil 5W-30 after a 5,000 mile oil analysis, I'm going to see how this stuff looks after 5K.
