I used to have a B8 and kept my oil level OK as per the MMI and only used Liqui Moly oil.

Pros: Kept oil level OK

Liqui moly 4210 pricy but dropped my temps 10 degrees 0w30 vw 504 rated..

I always run liqui moly 5w40. It's just thin. Change it every 5k miles.

Pros: just thin

I had been using Penzoil Euro L as well and have switched to Liqui Moly. I don't get my oil from FCP but will say Liqui Moly seems to be a very good oil.

Pros: very good oil

After NGP Racing rebuilt my engine in 2015, I found out about LiquiMoly. Read up on it and sticking with L.M.

Pros: made in Germany

Liqui Moly oil is the gold standard that alot of Audi guys use.

Liqui Moly Leichtlauf (the dark blue bottle) 5w40: This is the oil I ran this sumer, and I'm on my second oil change with it. This oil burned about 2 quarts during both intervals, but did not seem to thin out or break down at all.

Pros: did not thin out
