Liqui Molly!
I just did mine, German sports car, $160 for Liqui Moly and service
Liqui Moly is a fine oil that meets European specifications and comes in attractive packaging
I've used only LiquiMoly for 10+ years. Runs nice and smooth with zero complaints. Used in both an N52 and B58 engine.
Been using Liqui Moly since last 4 changes when a mechanic got emotional explaining how Mobil 1 is good, but if you are going such a long trip, oh man got for Liqui Moly, the best of the best, his reaction was almost orgasmic.
And I have loved the performance, lower noise, possibly good fuel economy, a 30 mpg+ on a 7k km trip last year.
For anyone who doesn't mind spending an extra buck, try Liqui Moly.
I used this because it was on sale:
Liqui Moly - 0w-30 Oil (5 Liter) Top Tec 4210 (504.00/507.00 spec)
I figure if it meets spec, cheaper is better for a midcycle top change.
Been using Zic on two Hyundais (Tucson, Santa Fe), and ok yung performance niya. Maintained yung cars with fully synthetic, 10k/1 year intervals. Smooth pa rin manakbo ang engine until today.
Been using that oil on my Gen 3 Montero since 2020, and ok naman, no complaints.
I use Rowe oil or LiquiMoly in my TDI, been happy with either.
Yamalube is a good oil, nothing special. Get a more premium oil if you care about smoother, stronger performance.
