My 3.0T doesn't seem to care one way or another what gets put into, it all seems to act similar. I have liqui moly molygen 5w40 in it now because...My 5.2 absolutely hates Mobil 1, Castrol Edge and Valvoline Syntec. Burn off/deposit rate of liquid moly molygen or leichtlauf seems to be about half of the other 3 I've tried, so I'm just going to stick with that until I see a reason to change.
Yes, liqui moly great german quality, can recommend
LiquiMoly Leichtlauf 5W-40. (blue bottle). It’s got great anti friction properties. Using it for past 40K miles. No issues.
I run Liquid Molly in my Audi SQ5, great stuff for a high performance engine.
I use 0w-20 liqui moly molygen full synthetic. Really a great oil.
Liquimoly
It's made in Germany. My bike is made is Germany. Makes sense to me.
It's a quality product but it's quite a bit cheaper than Motul or Penrite. I like to use something good but I won't overpay for it.
I go to a local Toyota/Lexus specialist here in San Diego. They use Kendall liquid titanium and it cost me about $75.
On my 2022 my first change I used Mobil 1 Full Synthetic (always used in my cars). However, my last change I put in Liqui Moly Molygen (green container) and it may be a placebo but I feel like my engine is quieter.
I use Motorcraft or LiquiMoly for my oil... It does a great job too and tends to have less of the burned oil smell.
Also going to switch from Motul to LiquiMoly and see if I can tell a difference.
