Eu nu am folosit uleiul ala, dar am pus intr-un 2.0 TDI DFGA, Shell Helix Ultra Professional AV-L 0W30 si motorul este foarte silentios.

Pros: motorul este foarte silentios

I’ve used three oils on my bikes since the mid-2000s: Motol 300v, AMS oil, and T6.

Out of the three, I’d choose T6 for normal street riding with the occasional adrenaline run

Done 2 oil changes so far and car has not used a drop of oil and I drive it pretty hard.

Pros: no oil consumption

I’ve used Castrol and Castrol High Mileage on my Mk6. At just over 143K miles, I’ve had no engine issues at all.

Pros: no engine issues, reliable

Vehicle: Volkswagen Golf

Been running Castrol in my VWs for 20 years. Never had any issues.

Castrol euro has been good to me for the last 120k miles.

Pros: good performance, long-lasting

I switched to Rotella about 15 years ago after it worked good in an ej22 that was averaging a quart every 300 miles.

Pros: reduced oil consumption, worked good

I had an 03 Camry from new till 2019. Had 335,000 miles when I sold it. That car got Rotella T6 5w40 since new. I still wonder how long that car would have lasted if I kept it.

Any 5w30 that’s c2 or c3 rated will do, that said I’ve heard negative reviews around the quality of castrol so maybe spend just a little bit extra and get something mid range, I use Fuchs Titan GT1 FLEX C23 5w-30.
