Agree w/ all above especially EBC red pads. I put in performance rotors (blank, not drilled or slotted though) but not necessary. Just wanted a clean slate for the pads. But the final piece of the puzzle is to run higher performance tires.

Pros: performance rotors

EBC Brake pads

My budget brake setup was getting EBC slotted rotors front and rear, but getting 286mm rear rotors, you can install them by using volkswagen CC rear caliper brackets if your car has 272mm stock rear rotors. I also have EBC red stuff pads all around, they do get pretty dusty though.

Pros: works great, cheap upgrade
Cons: pretty dusty
Vehicle: Volkswagen

EBC Brake pads

I've always been a big fan of EBC pads since I did them on a 98 GLX I had. I actually recommend them to people who want something a bit more aggressive but don't want a race pad.

Pros: more aggressive

I've very much enjoyed my EBC green pads on my dailies, they do dust a bit but grab pretty nice and don't squeal. Never had a buildup that causes vibration.

Pros: grab pretty nice, don't squeal
Cons: dust a bit

I've run multiple sets (Green Stuff and Yellow Stuff) without issue. Yes, the yellows dust quite a bit but no more than most semi-metallic pads I've had. As far as vibrations go, my 2013 Abarth has Yellow Stuffs all around that feel great and just completed a track day last Monday without issue.

Pros: feel great, no issue
Cons: yellows dust quite a bit

EBC Brake pads

I have the epfa pads on my ‘17 r6. More power than my stock pads but not crazy in bite or max power imo. I’m a mid pack b group rider at best so yrmv. However, important to note, I took a trip to deals gap this fall and crossed the skyway in a cold light rain (45°f?) and the pads were not happy. First time I grabbed the lever and they had 15% of the power I was expecting, and took a solid 2 secs to build enough heat to do anything.

Pros: more power than stock
Cons: poor cold weather performance
Part number: EPFA724HH

EBC are complete trash sorry. Street only use they are fine. Anything more than mild track use and they will fall apart. Carbotech xp8 would be your best option. Hawk black would be a good alternative.

Cons: falls apart under track use
