Brake pads Brembo or Duralast

Came across a set of bmw brembo brakes at an auto wrecker. Bought for $50, sold for $950.

Just did my C300 rear rotors and pads. And front pads. All Bremro. In my case (cdn) the best price was Amazon. Pretty straight forward.

SR pads from Brembo. Commute on workday and track-day on weekend on the same set of pads is very convenient for my wallet.

I have been running Brembo Pads and rotors. No issues. Perform well for daily driving.

The Brembo brakes are good, almost surprisingly so.

I got 85000 mi from the original ceramic pads then replaced the rotors and pads (with Brembo).

Everyone in Aviation has switched to Duralast brayke pads, it seems... They should have stayed with Akebono.

This time the shims on the back of my new Brembo brake pads are rotating? Weird! Can’t figure out the mechanics of that happening. Doesn’t make any sense. Only a month old.
