Brake pads Bosch or OEM Mazda
Mymotorworld has Bosch front and backs at around £45 for pads they also have textar a good brand for a little more. I wouldn’t bother with the other cheap pads given the acceleration you can get with the car.
I installed the Bosch ceramic pads on a Hyundai Sonata, no issues with it
2021 Mazda 3 same original set of brakes at 30K miles.
Back in the early 1980s I remember how peer pressure kept guys at our Mazda dealerships from blowing brakes clean during inspections and repairs.
I used the Bosch Quietcast from Rock Auto. Works great for me as a daily and there is minimal brake dust.
After replacing the brakes with Bosch and tires with Michelin CrossClimate, over 30k miles later and brakes have at least another 50-60k life left, and tires too, since they have 80k miles warranty.
I got Bosch pads for my '15 off of Amazon. They've been fine on the street, but I've not really pushed the brakes hard
Bosch szettet vettem. Baj nincs vele, 60k km de a 0.tól kezdve nyikorog, mint a picsa.
I ordered Bosch brake pads after installing them. I noticed a knocking sound and if you look in the pic there’s a gap at the top and bottom of the ears on the pad. I threw my old pads away so I couldn’t even compare them. Only when driving really slow then braking or in reverse. Didn’t do it every time but the noise is driving me crazy. I also installed new rotors front and back and it’s only the front driver side making that noise.
Similar thing happened to me today, vehicle is 2023 cx-50, 25k mile, not even 2 year, in upstate ny with weekly car wash, gentle on gas and brake. They said front pads are 30%, rear pads are 50%, quoted me $600 to get new front pad & rotor, and rear brake service(cleaning, lubrication). Just 2 month ago from another mechanic's report (same delear), all pads are above 50%. I don't think it's that bad that both pad and rotor need to be replaced, so I denied the work,
