Brake discs Zimmermann or Textar

I use Zimmerman rotors and OEM pads from fcpeuro. I like the bite the oem pads have compared to ceramic. More brake dust yes, but I want a car to stop as fast as possible.

I've run Zimmerman rotors with EBC red stuff ceramic pads. No complaints.

I have Zimmerman rotors with Textar pads on my 19 alltrack. I’m actually looking at these for my Tiguan too!

Zimmerman are pretty decent got a pair on mine

I've used Zimmerman rotors with Akebono pads... Less brake dust. I've used TRW in the past and way too much brake dust for my liking.

Been running Zimmerman for over a decade, never had an issue.

I got Zimmermann coated rotors and TRW Ultra ceramic pads, but I just daily mine and it never sees the track.

Zimmerman blanks and EBC reds have been great for me

Zimmerman rotors (heavier then I would like)

I’m getting issues with rotors warping on my 2002 E53. I bought Zimmermann smooth rotors couple of years ago and they’ve been lathed couple of times now. At one point I had to replace Zimmermann pads too as they were excreting glue or something that caused “falling stars” on the rotor faces.
