Brake discs Zimmermann or EBC

Used Zimmerman rotors with Akebono pads

I use Zimmerman rotors and OEM pads from fcpeuro. I like the bite the oem pads have compared to ceramic. More brake dust yes, but I want a car to stop as fast as possible.

I've run Zimmerman rotors with EBC red stuff ceramic pads. No complaints.

I have Zimmerman rotors with Textar pads on my 19 alltrack. I’m actually looking at these for my Tiguan too!

I've had EBC slotted rotors on my Crosstrek for almost 100,000 miles now, and they may have been cheaper than OEM rotors.

I've also ordered a full set of the EBC USR rotors and will install them myself, same with the splash shield and door seals.

I've used Zimmerman rotors with Akebono pads... Less brake dust. I've used TRW in the past and way too much brake dust for my liking.

I've got Zimmerman rotors on the front and haven't noticed any difference from stock.

Doesn't out perform the German stuff. Zimmerman rotors and Ferrodo, hawk, or EBC pads.
