Brake discs Zimmermann or Centric

I did use a set of Centric rotors on one of the German cars, so far so good.

Zimmermann's Coat Z rotors are excellent. I've used them on many BMWs with no issues.

I personally have the Zimmerman Rotors, and Akebono pads. Great, cheap setup.

I'm not a track guy, but centric premium blanks are what I use based on s2ki recs, if your feeling fancy, I've heard good things of girodisk 2 piece rotors. Obviously, tracking you'll want to replace blanks more often, but centric blanks are cheap and plenty.

I use Zimmerman rotors and OEM pads from fcpeuro. I like the bite the oem pads have compared to ceramic. More brake dust yes, but I want a car to stop as fast as possible.

Zimmermann discs are great, pads are up to your driving style. Just a note, if you choose any of the EBC pads on FCP go with the yellowstuff. I've had redstuff and they did not hold up well on spirited runs.

Ordered zimmerman f brake discs and they were not riveted tight enough. The two-piece brake disc made a clicking noise when braking at low speed.
