Brake discs Zimmermann or Bosch

I've run Zimmerman rotors with EBC red stuff ceramic pads. No complaints.

I have Zimmerman rotors with Textar pads on my 19 alltrack. I’m actually looking at these for my Tiguan too!

I am going to try Bosch quietcast rotors next team.

Zimmerman are pretty decent got a pair on mine

I've used Zimmerman rotors with Akebono pads... Less brake dust. I've used TRW in the past and way too much brake dust for my liking.

Been running Zimmerman for over a decade, never had an issue.

I got Zimmermann coated rotors and TRW Ultra ceramic pads, but I just daily mine and it never sees the track.

Zimmerman blanks and EBC reds have been great for me

Just replaced front rotors and pads with Bosch semi-metallics. After initial “bedding in”, including some sharp braking from speed and emergency stops from various speeds, I went on a long trip. Straight away, I noticed that whenever I start to apply the front brakes after a sustained period of acceleration, there is a single knock/pop sound that comes from around the front left of the vehicle.

I’m running bosch quietcast pads/rotors all 4 corners, not a huge fan, probably wouldn’t do it again. They seem to “warp” easy getting some pulsating after only 15k on fronts and 5k on rears.
