Just installed stoptech slotted rotors f/r along with hawk hps 5.0, so far so good, quiet linear pedal response, not over boasted like stock, much less dust.

Pros: quiet linear pedal response, much less dust

I have StopTech drilled/slotted. Ive ran mine for about a year now, purchased through Rock Auto. Very happy so far with the quality and performance. Take a while to warm up but then they hook just fine & work great with my Hawk Ceramic pads for minimal brake dust. They have held up just as expected, no signs of rust ect. I do not daily the R, so these do not get daily abuse.

Pros: happy with quality, good performance
Cons: take a while to warm
Vehicle: Volkswagen

We run a Stoptech BBK on the BMW 335 car that I race in endurance races (4, 9 or 12 hour) and we run either slotted or plain rotors, but never run cross-drilled. Our rotors last longer and we don't have the cracking issues associated with cross-drilled.

Pros: rotors last longer
Cons: cracking issues
Vehicle: BMW

I have drilled and slotted rotors on my MK7. I have never had any warping or cracking issues with them, or one any other car that I've ever had with them. Performance wise I've never noticed a difference between stock or drilled/slotted rotors except for in wet conditions. When it's wet out break feel is MUCH better with drilled/slotted rotors.

Pros: better break feel in wet
Cons: no difference performance wise
