Go to Halfords, use their parts search, buy a Yuasa for fifty quid and ride away into the sunset mate.

My last Yuasa outlived the bike!

Ive been really happy with my yuasa battery, its only stuttered to start once this winter(and unfortunately I dont have a garage here so theyve been outside pets for the time being), and that was after sitting for a week waiting for ice to melt, otherwise riding nearly daily and once a month or so conncting it to my battery tender.

Pros: happy with battery
Cons: stuttered to start once

ODYSSEY Battery

The Odyssey PC680 is probably the best battery out there, if you can make it fit. I'd stay away from lithiums, you buy those when you are looking to save weight. For reliable low temperature operation, stick with a lead acid thats had decades of development.

Pros: reliable low temperature operation
Cons: fitment can be difficult
Part number: PC680

ODYSSEY Battery

I used straps like the first link when I had an Odyssey battery a few years back. Eventually went back to an OEM one but the straps were an easy solution

Pros: easy solution

YUASA Battery

In my experience Yuasa batteries are the best, I had a Yuasa factory sealed maintenance free battery last eight years in my FZR1000.

Pros: batteries are the best

Yuasa batteries are great. I would however recommend either getting the Yuasa charger/tender (available on amazon) or a battery tender to go with it. My commutes were too short (14 mi a day) to charge the battery and after a year or so of riding like that it lost its charge.

Pros: batteries are great
Cons: lost its charge

ODYSSEY Battery

I have a half-sized lightweight battery from odyssey. I wouldn't have chosen it, but its never given me any problems and I've been using it for years at this point.

Pros: no problems, long-lasting
Vehicle: Subaru BRZ

ODYSSEY Battery

So I have the Odyssey 1200MJT in now and securely mounted with their "HDS mounting strap for 1200/1700 series batteries" from West Coast Batteries. It's mounted in the stock location in my 1994 Corrado VR6.

Pros: securely mounted, stock location
Cons: longer bolt needed
Mileage: 55000 km
Part number: 1200MJT

ODYSSEY Battery

I use a 790cca Odyssey fmj in the summer and just bought a 590cca battery from Autozone and have a 4 year warranty and it seems to perform better than the oem battery that was killed by my bag setup.

Pros: performs better

I ran an Odyssey mini battery in my weekend car, any longer than 2 weeks without driving would drain it. I wouldn't really recommend a mini battery for a daily, if your car doesn't start after 2-3 tries, you might be stuck lol.

Cons: drains quickly, not recommended
