YUASA Battery

Energizer or Yuasa are good quality from my experience. I’ve had an energizer for 5 years now still running and my last yuasa ran great till I drained it to zero doing stupid.

Pros: good quality, ran great
Cons: drained it to zero

I had battery problems and got a YUASA and had no issue since so I think they’re a decent brand (highly recommended by people).

Pros: decent brand, no issues

YUASA Battery

I’m just pulling out a 4+ year old Yuasa that only started giving me problems about 2 months ago. Gonna try the $30 Mighty Max special this time since it seems to have some favorable reviews and we’ll see what happens. ????

Pros: lasted 4+ years
Cons: problems after 4 years

My car was sitting in parking lot with engine OFF and ignition ON - Android Auto was working and headlights/interior lights -> after about 15min music stops playing and I thought okay it's energy saver mode let me start engine.

But NOPE, there were some error messages, and engine couldn't start - battery was DEAD, I read battery are shit on new Mazdas and didn't want to deal with it myself and get it towed because of warranty.

Cons: battery dead quickly, no warning
Vehicle: Mazda
Mileage: 45000 km

Mazda OEM batteries known for underpowered and short shelf life. If you are in any kind of extreme climate for more than one season, there's a likely chance of failure.

Cons: underpowered, short shelf life, prone to failure
