Alternator OEM Audi or Mitsuboshi

My 19 c8 3.0 had the same exact issue within 4 months of buying it last year. And the car died on me mid fwy in dtla. Take it in to ur nearby dealer theres an open recall on the alternator i believe.

Might be a coincidence, but those lights all came on about a month before the Electical System: Malfunction light came on in my 2021 S6. They replaced my battery and alternator.

I tossed in a Mitsubishi 200 amp P71 alternator into an '06 Town Car after the original 6G on it failed. Very good output even at low RPM

I had the alternator changed in one of my Phaetons. The overhead light was fluctuating when the engine was running. The problem was fixed when the tech replaced the alternator under warranty.

I took the alternator apart as well, but it's quite worn and a new one does not cost a fortune, so it's not worth it to refurb it.

Audi really dropped the ball on building such a poor performing alternator!
