I have Cooper Evolution Winters that are studdable. Huge fan of them and have never gotten stuck in the Wisconsin winters before.

Hankook Tires

It's hard to beat the Hankook iPike. I've run them on every vehicle I've ever had...only time I've been disappointed is when I tried a different tire.

Pros: hard to beat
Cons: disappointed with other tires

MICHELIN Tires

as a owner of the CrossClimate2s in NEvl Wisconsin, the supreme snow traction they provide in the winter is top notch, even on par with the best winter tires (winter tires do provide better ice traction). While we do see an efficiency impact of about 5%, it's totally worth the benefits they provide in the winter.

Pros: supreme snow traction
Cons: efficiency impact
Vehicle: Toyota

Continental Tires

All conditions were great EXCEPT wet root. So I'm also in the 'waiting for enduro super soft' camp.

Compared to Maxxis Assegai(grip) + DHR(terra) both exo+:

\* Conti feel more stable than exo+ but not worlds apart

\* Conti roll significantly faster (prob mainly due to Assegai being very slow)

\* Assegai maxxgrip has WAY more 'chemical' grip vs KR-F enduro soft. (Super soft is roughly the same)

\* Conti have more stability in side knobs and more 'physical' grip in loam

\* KR-R as better breaking traction IMO but is also heavier.

Pros: Conti roll significantly faster
Cons: EXCEPT wet root

Vredestein Tires

I have been running the Vredestein quatrack's on my 2017 Alltrack for over 5 years and 40K miles in that time. The tires still have plenty of tread depth and are very good/excellent in snow. I have an 850ft driveway with a ~15 degree upslope and have never gotten stuck for lost traction over those 5 years. When the time comes, I intend to replace these with the same tire.

Pros: very good in snow, plenty of tread depth
Vehicle: Volkswagen
Mileage: 64373 km

BRIDGESTONE Tires

Bridgestone WeatherPeak is fine, but it's one of the most expensive tires, and Tire Rack's testing shows it wasn't that good.

Cons: expensive, not that good

I have vibrations on my Wildpeaks as well, you aren't alone. Been in to re balance repeatedly. Doesn't matter, still shakes. I gave up on it and just live with it. Don't know if I'll run them again.

Cons: still shakes
