I use and suggest Eneos 5w30 with OEM or Wix filters

Motul Oil change kit on subimods, that’s it

I use Amsoil Signature Series & OEM filter.

Just change it every 6,000km and you’ll be good. Use synthetic, but brand isn’t as important as proper drain intervals.

I order the OEM Subaru filters and use Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w30. In your case you’d probably want to start using Pennzoil Platinum High Mileage.

I use cheap Fram filters ($4 each!) Oil always clean and fresh.

K&N is good but sacrifices filtration for flow for better performance.

IMO. There are no "good" Fram filters. I grant you Fram is better than a screen door for filtering oil but I'd only put on in the car of someone I hated. Look around YouTube for Fram vs Mann filters. The construction and quality of Fram is a joke in comparison to real filters.
