I bought a set for a CRV. They arrived and I had a Honda certified tech check them out. He pronounced them the real deal. So far, running strong.
Owner reviews for fuel injector
Injectors are leaking too much fuel back to the tank, it's an extremely common issue on K9K engines usings Delphi and Siemens/Continental fuel injectors.
When it comes to the injectors, I highly recommend you get OEM VW. I've had issues with the OEM/OES injectors. Enough, that I rather pay the 100 +/- difference and get them with the VW stamp of approval.
It seems that lately they are not as concerned about removing the VW part numbers. I recently got a set of OE BOSCH injectors and they also had the VW part numbers on them. And they were significantly less expensive than buying from VW.
I had to replace mine on our 2018 Honda CRV at 134,000km (83,000miles) Emmissions System Problem light came on and ODB scan was for code p219E third cylinder. All cylinders failed AFM test at dealership and exhaust smelled noticeably rich .
I have a 2017 CRV with 87,000 miles on it. The check engine light came on and it came back with code for fuel injectors.
I went through two sets of new injectors from Standard and even now I get a hard start when warm so think I'll have to warranty the injectors a third time. It ran great and I thought got my misfires but they are slowly coming back in the first 2K miles.
I got stung having to replace all of mine and coding them all.
Pero yung 2019 raptor niya, damay sa issues ng injectors. Palugi binenta.
Back in December, when I had only 36k miles, I went to accelerate on the highway and the check engine light started FLASHING. I got a P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire code, which ended up being my fuel injector failing open, which Kia covered under warranty, including an oil change for the contaminated oil.
