Castrol Edge Extended Performance 0W-20. Haven’t had to change the oil yet but I will around 7500 miles for peace of mind.

I use Elf Oil and I change mine every 5-7k miles.

Motul 5w40 here.

After tuning. Castrol edge 5w40 and 6 months or 5k.

Figure the changes are cheap insurance.

2015 mk7 with 115k miles stage 1 EQT. oil analysis always comes back very positive at these intervals.

I use mobile 1 0w40. I've thought about switching to liquid moly but everytime I see a comparison between the two mobile 1 outperforms.

as i am not currently tuned i run LiquiMoly 0w-20 and change the oil every 5k miles.

I’ve always used mobil1 on my cars.

Mobil 1. It’s amsoil without the outrageous cost.
