Get the alternator tested. I have a 2013 Fit Sport 5spd and these symptoms happened to me. Pending your budget, try to avoid replacing with a rebuilt alternator. Get either the WAI or Mitsubishi (which is oem) ones as they'll last longer and more reliably.

Pros: last longer, more reliably
Cons: cheapo rebuilt alternator
Vehicle: Honda Fit

Denso Alternator

What sort of alternator are you installing, because I've had two Chinese alternators fail but a genuine denso from pull a part has survived a good thrashing

Pros: genuine denso survived
Cons: Chinese alternators fail

OEM Toyota Alternator

I’d recommend going by a local Toyota dealer parts department and getting an OEM replacement. It’s more pricey than aftermarket but… it’ll last as long as the original Toyota alternator did.

Pros: lasts long, reliable
Cons: more pricey
Vehicle: Toyota Corolla

Duralast Alternator

I had a new remanufactured duralast alternator as well that I thought was defective but I kept following the power cable off the alternator and found the fusible link.

Cons: defective
