Here in holland we do every 15000km(9000 miles) or every year depending on which you reach first a small maintenance ,which includes oil change, air filter replacement, oil filter, full check up on components and hybrid health check, rotating tyres.

It’s a reliable brand. Any major oil brand should work well, as long as you stick to reputable names. I have my oil changed elsewhere and use different brands with no issues or noticeable difference between them, but I always make sure to buy the original oil filter directly from Toyota in advance.

My 2008 RWD Petrol SR5 has 365XXX on it. All it's had replaced is the shockers.

Only issues I’ve had have been starter motor went, did water pump and timing belt when the pump went. Had the injector seal leak so got injectors done. Other than that it’s been a solid car.

You’re in a car well known for excessive oil consumption due to it’s low tension piston rings, at higher mileages. *Absolutely* change the oil in a prius more frequently than most vehicles.

My 2024 RAV4 did the same thing.

I was given an "offer" to have my spark plugs changed for $368!
