Odessey batteries . 5 years in AZ heat and still cranks . IMO it’s the only one I get my monies worth.

I went with Odyssey Extreme gel cell and its worth the price!

My go to now is odyssey, though they are fairly pricy. If i dont have a choice, like when my battery literally [exploded](https://www.reddit.com/r/Justrolledintotheshop/comments/pqcbcm/i_sounded_like_a_shotgun/], i get optima.

I've installed the Odyssey Extreme battery in my Outback. These are AGM with 99% pure lead, not the alloy. Best battery I've come across.

I'd like to say Ive had good luck with the Odyssey but it has maybe seen 100 kms in the 7 years since I put it in so no comment on the quality of the battery.
