I recommend Mopar or Bosch.

I would use the SRT Mopar oil filter- comes with superb tech to it.
I have a 2014 Durango i bought from agency, Albeit a V8, but same applies to you.
Very nice and reliable cars, I passed 200K Kilometers on the car, i only had to replace control arms, tie rods and everything else in 2024, so the original ones held on for 10 years without needing to change. I now have to replace rotors and brakes as well.
after all the helpful input here and talking tot he Mopar guys at the dealership I went with ( and will continue to only go with) the Mopar OEM filter and use the Pennzoil oil. Seems to be the best stuff for every 5k miles.
I replaced the one in my sisters V8 WJ with Mopar and it was made in Israel and very high quality.
use the mopar factory filters
Switched back to the shitty cheap plastic Mopar one, haven't had another issue in 4 years.
I saw someone suggest an OEM part - yes but can be very pricey. Other trusted brands are PGW, FuYao, mopar.. also ask which factory it’s from. PGW from the 904 factory is especially good
My 2000 TJ is on its third radiator, so about every 7 years. The plastic and metal OEM type ones eventually go, but since they are around $100, and easy to replace, I just keep putting them in.
Just a heads up guys, do not buy these filters, my truck shut down from fuel starvation. I had put these in at maybe 2000 miles ago in my almost new 2022 with 18k miles.
