Reviews of OEM Mazda windshield

I had a scratch on the windshield a few weeks in, then realized I’d have the same issue as I did in my previous Mazda: poor glass quality that scratches even with the windshield wipers.

Mazda windshields are extremely soft, they scratch and crack easily.

Had a CX-5 and now a CX-50. It's pretty much a new windshield per year. They crack and chip on every hit.

Mine cracked on its own the second day I had it.

I’m on my second windshield with a CX-50 as well. I think the factory windshield just may not be that great.

My CX-50 has had no problem with its windshield and I’m a month or two away from the two year mark.

I've owned this vehicle a little over 3 months. This will be the second time I'm replacing it... yeah, I'd say this windshield is weak..

no chips at all on ours.

I had to have mine replaced less than 2 months after purchase in June 2023. A small rock got thrown up and put a big bullet hole in the glass.
