I just buy the MANN filter at o reileys and change it myself.

I removed the factory interior filter as well and installed a Mann Frecious Plus filter instead.

for cabin filter I use/recommend MANN activated charcoal filters and use them in all our vehicles.

I highly recommend Mann Filter (OEM for many Euro cars). The Chinese version of the ID4 comes with a dual filter setup. You can buy the two-piece set on Aliexpress.

Btw some brands like Mann Filter include a short manual telling you the direction of the air flow.

The air in my Arteon is starting to smell so I bought a new fancy Mann cabin filter from Pelican. All good so far.
